Courtney decided to take a nap on the couch this afternoon...so lady like!

We have a grapefruit/orange tree in our back yard. On side grows oranges and the other grapefruit. Yesterday they got to pick a huge grapefruit off of it!

The girls finished their second week of swim lessons. This week wasnt to good for Sydney both days she only swam for 15 minutes and she was done. For the last 5 minutes of class they play a little game where they throw the rings in the shallow end and the kids have to go get them. They love it but poor Sydney missed both times this week because she doesnt want to do the class. The first day she screamed they whole 5 minutes the kids were playing it which was really annoying since it's an indoor pool and the acoustics are great so everyone was looking at me and her. I wasnt going to let her play though. The next class I reminded her that if she quit the class and got of the pool she wouldnt get to play the game again...she still got out. When it was time she only screamed for 2 minutes. Hopefully next week she'll want to stay in the pool and do the lesson. After class they love taking a shower and getting their hair washed with the whale shampoo as they call it. There is a picture of a dolphin on the swimmers kids shampoo but they think its a whale. I did take a picture of them in the shower but immediately erased it since it looked like kiddie porn...they are super cute though!

The other night Courtney and Samantha put on a little modelling show. Samantha insisted I took pictures. Sydney fell asleep early so she missed out on the fun. They first started singing then they got into the posing...silly little girls!

The Princess Ball

The gym we belong to (Lifetime Fitness) is having a Princess Ball on the 20th. I have known about it for a really long time...On Saturday it was the last day to sign up before the prices went up so I headed down to do just that. Papa is in town that week so Jon and Papa were going to take all our little princesses. I even made Sams birthday party on Sunday the 21st rather then the Saturday because of this dang Ball. I have been to the gym so many times and walked past the sign ups everytime but did I stop and do it NO! Well when I went on Saturday to sign them up it was SOLD OUT! I couldnt believe it. They even added 200 more seats to this years ball (we werent memebers last year so I didnt realize what a popular event this was) So now we are the first people on the waiting list but I am not holding my breath. I cant believe I did this...I will not be putting things off like this again. I am so sorry girls.

one of those days...

It's just been one of those days. It should be an awesome day since it is Jon and my 6 year anniversary but he's in Vancouver for work (which has been hell for him) and I have had one of the worst mornings...After the poop and pee incidents the twins decided to take all the shoes and their baskets and throw them all over the foyer while I was in the shower getting ready for church. I then turned and walked into the wall and broke my glasses off my face so now I have to wear my bifocals which I hate until I can get away from these kids to go pick out a new pair! I feel so bad because I keep yelling at Sam but she keeps bugging me right when I am in the middle of doing something (like screaming at me that she is hungry while I am cleaning the poop off the wall or while I am in the midst of doing the dishes she wants me to "fix" the computer for her. she has no patience and mine is on a very thin wire today) After we got home from church the twins did pick up at the shoes and put them away but refuse to put their toys away...It's a never ending battle! Sam is trying to be good and picking up since I told her that we cant make cupcakes or go to the Superbowl party at Auntie Kim's until the toys are put away! The twins are going to be so mad when they dont get to help make the cupcakes! I just wish Jon was here!!
