A New Year

I have been a slacker with the blog this past year. My goal for 2014 is to get at least one blog in a week. When I started this blog when the twinks were born it was mainly for the grandparents but then Jon's mom passed away, my mom passed away  then we were living with my dad it just became hard to keep up. But looking over the old posts I know my kids are really going to appreciate this when they are older...I know I will! At some point in time I would like to put it in book form but that takes so much time!

My big goal for this year is to walk 500 miles. It was going to be a mile every day for 365 days but I am taking it up a notch. So expect a lot of hiking pictures to come.

This past summer we bought at trailer and went camping. It was so much fun. Looking forward to many trips next summer!

One of my good friends from high school married for the first time last week! Congrats to Chris Reynolds and James Shaw! 

4th of July

Another successful Fourth of July at Birch Bay! This year I played in the annual Blair golf game ( the past I always stayed w the girls while Jon golfed)I played w Lance and Bernt and I have to say I played awesome! It was best ball and I was on fire!
