When the suns out I try and get the gets out and about...except Tuesday, Tuesday is our lazy day. A day where the kids can stay in their jammies all day if they want to and watch as much tv as they want also! We did go for a little run since the girls said they want to get better at running for their Monday night track meets. But then we were back inside watching PBS since that's the only channel with kids shows on out here at birch bay. Then we had some friends over for taco Tuesday and a swim. It was all around an awesome Tuesday!

Today the sun was shining again so we went and picked about 4 lbs of strawberries and headed back to Everson to freeze most of them for smoothies this fall! Samantha didn't like my dinner I made when we got back to birch bay (BBQ chicken, corn on the cob and rice) and she screamed at me like a spoiled rotten kid so she has to spend the evening in her room cleaning it, reading and she also decided to do math problems. I wish she would learn that she can't talkor act like that to me because it sure would have been a beautiful night to go for a walk along the beach and watch the sun set. Jon is at his weds night golf league so the twinks and I are watching the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe again. We have been listening to the Narnia series on CD and we are on book 3 now. What great books they are.
