Vancouver -Stanley Park

Jon took Friday off since Sam was on Spring break. We checked the forecast last weekend to see what day would be the best to go to Canada for the day. The weather man was right on. It was pretty clear and high 50's! I havent been to Stanley park since I was a kid. Simply beautiful! I think this will be one of our favorite places. It's only about an hour away. It was the first time though in my life that the American dollar was worth less then the Canadian. Our $80 was only worth $73.60 at the old Spaghetti Factory! Crazy...let's hope this economy turned around (but this isnt a blog for politics)

"Baby Beluga in the deep blue sea,

Sydney could stay and watch for hours if we let her...

It's Santa!

Dora and Diego and catch the Robot Butterfly in the Amazon Rainforest in 4 D!
it was really cool, there were bubbles, the seats shook, water sprayed, and we smelled the banana Boots peeled!

It was a super fun day! Looking forward to heading up there again in the near future. It's nice to be near a fun big city. It kinda reminds me of San Francisco. There were a ton of people out and about enjoying the day!
